We will give you all we got- We strive to provide more value and impact then you would get elsewhere.
We listen more than we talk: It’s the context of you, your team and your business that makes it unique. We can’t help you get better at being you if we do all the talking.
When we do speak it will be candidly and simply- Direct and simple communication like folks sitting around a campfire.
We will avoid being a jerk at all costs but when we are a jerk we will apologize – Change is hard. Getting different results will require difficult changes. We might push your buttons, but we mean well.

Be accountable- Consultants love when you don’t do what they tell you to do because it means you will be back for more. Arch Impacts loves when you do what we tell you to do because it means we are changing the world (or at least your world).
Be Transparent- the longer it takes to get to the truth the longer it takes to help you solve the problem and achieve more.
Assume positive intent- you aren’t hiring Arch Impacts because everything is awesome; you are hiring us because you want to be doing something more, different, or better. Assume that when we give you feedback it is coming from a good place and aimed at taking you to the better place you defined.
